Voltas AC&R’s thrust in infrastructure

In line with its strategic plan to increase its presence in the nation’s infrastructure segment, Voltas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration business Group has secured an order for the Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram Thermal Power Project at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

The project is for the supply and installation of an air conditioning and ventilation system of 2 x 300 MW power, consisting of 4 x 80 TR capacity water-cooled screw chillers, and air-cooled ductable split air conditioners of 13 x 17 Tr and 3 x 11 TR capacities; along with 8 washers of 130,000 CMH capacity, roof extractors, and axial flow supply/exhaust fans.

The order was booked through Reliance Energy, who are executing the turnkey job for the installation.
