Limestone for cement - another crushing victory

Voltas Mining & Construction Equipment (M&CE) has consolidated its leadership in crushing and screening plants, particularly in iron ore, with over 80% market share. The clincher was the securing of their single largest order, for 14 units of Terex Pegson and Powerscreen Crushing & Screening equipment valued at Rs 23 crores.

The order was placed by Rungta Mines, Chaibasa, for applications in Barbil and Joda area mines, and was won against severe competition from well-known international players. Highly-developed selling skills, and personal rapport established by the M&CE team with their clients, had much to do with their success.
