Voltas Machine Tools has secured the highest-value single machine order for HATEBUR Hot Forging Press model HOTMATIC HM75XL. The order was placed by Rolex Rings Pvt Ltd of Rajkot.

Rolex Rings will be the first company in Asia to install such a horizontal hot forging press, which will be utilized for manufacturing second and third generation bearing rings and auto components. The machine is intended for components upto 180mm in diameter, with a stroke rate of 60 to 80 per minute. Rolex exports such components to Europe and USA, apart from catering to Indian companies.
