Scoring high on principal's list for support & services in India

Our principals TEREX - Pegson & Powerscreen have awarded Voltas a certificate of achievement for excellent support and services rendered in India in 2008, with a ranking of 6th place amongst a total of 120 dealers across the globe.

Every dealer was evaluated as per Balance Score Card criteria, which include machine and parts purchase as a percentage of the target, warranty approvals, account history, market information and analysis inputs, segment presentations, staff efficiency and premises.

Voltas scored 85% against the benchmark of 86% as per the Balance Score Card, exceeding the Regional average of 65%, and dealer network average of 57%.
