Tata Housing picks Voltas HVAC for
prestigious 'Primanti' project
Voltas' VRF HVAC solution was Tata Housing's choice for all 468 apartments in their premium 'Primanti' development at Gurgaon. Presenting a proposal for a customized 3951TR configuration, the DPG team prevailed against an array of globally-renowned competitors.
Helping tip the scale in Voltas' favour was its pioneering configuration of specially-developed Side Discharge Scroll Outdoor Units (ODUs) in capacities of 8, 10 and 12 HP. Being used for the first time in India, these ODUs are compact in site and more aesthetically pleasing, having been designed to throw hot air to the front without requiring a cowl on top.
The clincher for Voltas was its use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, to determine the optimum flow of upward-rising hot air. This definitively solved some tough challenges of on-site installation, and maximised value for the client.
A total area of 4,59,225 sq ft in 4 towers (ranging from 22 to 40 storeys) will be air conditioned with Voltas VERVE series Inverter Scroll VRF systems, making this one of the largest residential VRF installations in India.
'Primanti' will be yet another premium showcase in Voltas' growing VRF high-rise portfolio, which already includes DLF Bel-Air in Gurgaon and Mantri Pinnacle in Bengaluru. 'Primanti' offers a deluxe lifestyle, with its premium towers and villas, as well as elevated gardens, club houses, spa areas and other amenities located in 36 acres of planned greenery and wooded parks.
