Voltas' completes its first ‘Green’ building in Singapore

Voltas’ Singapore team has successfully delivered HVAC, mechanical and other building systems for the National University Hospital (NUH) administration building, its first ‘Green Mark’ project.

The building features a host of eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies. These include • variable speed-driven chillers • variable speed drives • variable air volume devices • precise monitoring meters for power consumption • dual coil-type room air-conditioning units • centralized chilled water plant with variable condensing water flow.

With its new Green Mark Certification (Gold Standard), Voltas is qualified to play an active role in Singapore’s drive to make 80% of its buildings ‘green’ by 2030.
