Voltas wins VRF HVAC order for South India's
tallest residential building
Voltas has won its bid to provide 1000HP Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) for all 133 apartments in the Mantri Pinnacle at Bengaluru – to be South India's tallest residential tower upon completion, at 152m.
A total area of 4,13, 850 sq ft will be air conditioned with Voltas VERVE series Inverter Scroll VRF systems – making this the single largest residential VRF installation in South India to date.
The Pinnacle project represents Voltas' breakthrough order from the Mantri Group, one of South India's most pre-eminent builders and developers. What's more, it will be a superb showcase for the many advantages of choosing Voltas VRF systems for such residential/office towers and blocks.
Energy-efficient VRF will be a major factor contributing to the Mantri Pinnacle's 'green' building Gold Standard certification. It will also be one of the many striking amenities that residents will enjoy, including swimming pool, jogging/walking trail, sky-lounge coffee shop, aqua gym, mini theatre, tennis court, an observatory, a helipad and more. The RCC-framed structure is compliant with Seismic Zone II standards of earthquake resistance...and fully automated with Cisco systems.
