Terms & Conditions - Summer Exchange

1. Exchange Offer  

 

1. The Exchange Offer is valid only on the exchange of branded ACs in complete set form. The exchange is decided at the sole discretion of the retailer and is subject to the condition of the AC. It is the retailer’s sole discretion to accept or refuse to buy a pre-owned AC from the prospective buyer under this offer seeing the condition and its decision shall be final without any recourse to Voltas.  
2. Once the customer opts for Exchange offer, dealer will collect the old unit in his warehouse and bill new unit by giving exchange discount of Rs. 5000/. Dealer must provide customer invoice (customer purchase AC under exchange scheme) with recycler / vendor at the time old AC pickup.
3. Execution of Exchange offer will be considered only if Dismantle & Installation happened through service with customer call registration.

 

2. Installation & Uninstallation Offer  

 

1. The Dealer/customer need to register service request for Exchange AC dismantling with Voltas Customer care (WhatsApp -9650694555, Customer care Number- 9650694555, sms-56677 with Key word "AC”). The customer need not pay any charges for De- Installation/ Dismantling.  
2. The Dealer/customer need to register service request for Installation with Voltas Customer care (WhatsApp -9650694555, Customer care Number- 9650694555, sms-56677 with Key word "AC").
3. This offer is applicable to residential customer only. The offer is not valid for any commercial AC customer.

 

3. Comprehensive Extended Warranty

 

1. Extended Warranty Detail: 
   1. Customer who will Purchase Product under Voltas Extended warranty scheme will get 1-year manufacturer and 4-year Extended warranty that is total 5-year warranty for functional parts including Gas & Labour Charges required to repair product (Part covered like IDU PCB, Display PCB, ODU PCB, Blower Motor, Swing motor, ODU Fan Motor, Evaporator Coil, Condenser coil, Compressor, Sensor), Plastic parts and remote not covered.
   2. In Extended warranty any Service where Warranty covered Parts/Gas not used will be on chargeable basis.
   3. Execution of Exchange offer will be considered only if Dismantle & Installation happened through service with customer call registration.
   4. Offer is applicable for Domestic Customer.
   5. Offer is applicable for Window AC & Split AC.
       
2. Product and Extended Warranty Registration (It is mandatory to avail extended warranty): 
   1. To avail of the warranty, the customer must register the product by sending an SMS with the text "WTA" to the number +91 9289525321.
   2. After sending the SMS, the customer will receive an inbound call to capture their data for warranty registration.
   3. Customer will get system generated Extended warranty registration certificate for Extended warranty coverage.
      
      
3. Authorized Service Centre for AC Installation: 
   1. The customer is required to get the AC installed through Voltas Authorized Service Centres only. Using unauthorized service centres may void the warranty.
      
      
4. Preventive Maintenance Services: 
   1. From the 2nd to the 5th year of the warranty period, the customer must undertake two paid preventive maintenance services every 6 months.
   2. These maintenance services must be scheduled irrespective of the season, including winter.
   3. To inform customer for preventive services Voltas will share PM service schedule web-link to customer at registered mobile number.  
      1. Even if the customer does not receive the SMS from Voltas, it is customer’s responsibility to reach out to the customer care centre to register preventive maintenance service request every 6 months.
   4. To request these maintenance services, the customer can contact Voltas customer care through the following channels:

4. Up to 15% Cashback (Offer available only in stores and not on voltas.com)

 

The Terms and Conditions for the Cashback offer is as below:

 

1. Up to 15% Cashback on selected Voltas Air Conditioner Models through Easy EMI Transactions.
2. Maximum Cashback to be credited is Rs.8000 for Voltas
3. The offer is valid on 3,6,9,12 EMI on selected banks (AU Bank, Bank of Baroda, Federal Bank, IDFC First, DBS Bank, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, HSBC Banks & Yes Bank Credit Cards and HDFC Cardless) on selected categories.
4. For Kotak and IDBI the Cashback is restricted to 10% up to Rs.4000.
5. For ICICI CC the Cashback is restricted to 5% up to Rs.4000
6. For HDFC Cardless the Cashback is restricted up to Rs. 1000.
7. Beyond 4% the Interest for 9 & 12 months would be borne by the customer on selected categories for Voltas.
8. Offer Validity – 22nd March till 30 June 2024.
9. The cashback amount will get printed for eligible cardholders on the charge slip.
10. The amount mentioned on the charge slip will be final.
11. Valid only on Easy EMI transactions which are done on the "Brand EMI" option through Pine Labs only.
12. The above offers are also available on ShopSe, PayTM, Benow & Innoviti on selected categories and banks.
13. Cashback posting - The cashback will be credited in 90 days after offer end date on a best effort basis. Transactions reversed or cancelled will not qualify for the Cashback.
14. GST on the Interest Component is not reversed.
15. Offer applies for a limited period and will be valid as per the discretion of the brand.
16. As per RBI Guidelines, interest will be applicable for EMI transactions as per charge slip which will be posted back along with the Cash Back amount.
17. Rs 199+ GST will be applicable on all HDFC CC and DC Transactions
18. PF on bank credit cards and debit cards is on the sole discretion of the bank. Kindly note that brand has no role in such charges and this is between the credit card holder and the bank
19. This offer is valid on all Retail Credit Cards only held by individuals.
20. This offer is not valid on Corporate, Business, Commercial Credit Cards, and NRI cards.
21. All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 60 days from the posting date – post 60 Days Voltas / Bank is not liable for any cashback postings.
22. For cashback eligibility, the transaction should happen under the Brand EMI option on Plutus machines only for Pine Labs.
23. The Customer can avail cashback only on 1 transaction per card during the offer period.
24. Models in the cashback can be changed or removed during the offer period.as per the discretion of the Company.
25. **The Definition of MBO’s and Brand Shops’ is as per the brand guidelines and may change upon time to time.
26. Any dealer can be removed or added in the offer at any given point of time without informing any bank. Kindly note that it is the sole discretion of the brand.
27. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at the discretion of the Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
28. All taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. Bank and Voltas will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues.
29. The Offer is only valid for Offline purchase and is valid only authorized dealers mapped with the Aggregator.
30. Any Customer availing this offer shall be deemed to read, understand, and accept these T&C.
