Please note following Job cover under standard Installation

1. Mounting and installation of indoor unit on wall with hole closure & Window AC in Frame/Suitable place.
   
2. Making hole on standard brick wall (upto 10 inch. wall) for taking out copper tubes & Drain pipe.(If Stone wall/concrete wall/drilling is needed more than 10inch additional charges will be applicable as per actual)
3. Placing the Outdoor unit at suitable location.
   
4. Interconnection of copper pipes & Drainpipe.
5. Connecting the wiring and commission the unit.
6. Installation of stabilizer purchased from Company Installer.

 

Please note following Job does not cover under standard installation

1.  Installation of outdoor stand if required

Ø  ODU stand supply & installation @ Rs. 750+GST

Ø  if stand, Stabilizer provided by customer, Labor charges of Rs. 200/+GST for each to be paid by customer

2.  Extra interconnecting pipe with insulation if required @ Rs.350 +GST per feet or Rs. 1050/mtr +GST (Including gas charging)

3.  Extra Electrical cable 4 core @ Rs.140 +GST per meter & 3core @ Rs.110 +GST per meter

4.  Supply & installation of flexible drain pipe @ 90 +GST per meter

5.  Chiselling Work if required @ Rs. 150 +GST per meter

6.   If Stone wall/concrete wall /drilling is required >10inch, additional charges will be collected (Hole in pillar & Beam not recommended), If required necessary approvals to be provided by customer).

7.  Dismantling of OLD SAC unit @Rs.500/+GST

8.  Dismantling of OLD WAC unit @Rs.400/+GST

9.  Dismantle with Installation of New SAC at same place with Old Piping @Rs.1500/+GST

10.  Dismantle with Installation of New WAC at same place @Rs.700/+GST

11.  If Framework, Glass/Grill Cutting for WAC is needed customer need to complete basic arrangements to execute Installation.

12.  For Extra height/any special requirement of safety at site, all related tools/equipment’s (e.g. Ladder) to be arranged by customer.

13.  Installation at the sites on old refrigerant pipes, nitrogen flushing & pressure testing @ 750 per unit, although installation with old pipes not recommended.

14.  In case if all additional material for installation provided by customer, Labor charges of Rs. 700/+GST to be paid by customer. In case of additional copper pipe use >5mtr provided by customer Charges of Rs. 150/Mtr to be paid by customer. In case of leakage in Copper pipe provided by customer there will be no Gas Leakage warranty.

15.  For the Upcountry/Hilly Area, Installation Visiting/Transport Charges to be paid by customer at actual.

16.  In-case of site visit before installation site visit charges of Rs. 500/+GST to be paid by customer.

 

 

Note- Customer have to arrange the MCB controlled electrical power supply with in meter of unit location. (Only for AC)

Note- Installation of RAC is applicable till 45 days from the date of purchase.
