Terms & Conditions - Product Exchange

  1. The Offer is valid till 31st October 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by Voltas at its sole discretion. 
  2. The Customer shall be required to make full payment of the purchase price of the new Voltas AC at the time of purchase. The exchange value of the Old AC, as determined under this Offer, shall be credited to the Customer at the time of pick-up of the Old AC, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
  3. The Offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be clubbed with other promotions unless explicitly stated. 
  4. The Offer is open to legal residents of India, aged 18 years and above.
  5. The Offer is pan-India basis, subject to serviceability and logistics feasibility.
  6. The Offer is valid only for Products used for personal use, and not for business or commercial use. Commercial buyers, leased ACs, and ACs under legal dispute are eligible under this Offer
  7. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or terminate this Offer or any part thereof, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  8. Customers who have purchased a New Voltas Air Conditioner (AC) are eligible to participate.
  9. Old AC should be available with all the parts and components.
  10. Determination of maximum exchange value payable on exchange is subject to physical inspection and at our sole discretion. Our decision regarding the condition and eligibility of the Old AC for exchange shall be final and binding on the Customer.
  11. Exchange benefit payout by us is including GST or any applicable taxes. 
  12. Please ensure the product is kept un-installed and ready for pickup. Dismantling of the product shall be done by Voltas Limited. 
  13. Please ensure that New Voltas AC is installed by Voltas Authorized Service Provider.
  14. In case of cancellation or refusal for pickup of Old AC by the customer, exchange amount is not applicable.
  15. Purchase date should be less than 30 days to be eligible for this exchange program.
  16. This exchange offer is for individuals not businesses.
  17. Customer agrees that the mobile number and email address provided will be used for all communications regarding your exchange program, including SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages.
  18. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request without assigning any reason. 
  19. We may ask for Proof of ownership (e.g., invoice, warranty card).
  20. The Old AC must not be under lease, lien or legal dispute. No claims will be entertained once the Old AC is handed over. Upon handover of the Old AC, the Customer waives any rights or claims over the Old AC and release us from any liabilities relating to the Old AC.

  22. The Offer is governed by the laws of India.
  23. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
  24. We will not be responsible for delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
  25. By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data (name, contact, address) by us, for the purpose of administration, verification, logistics, communication of this Offer and related matters thereof. Your data will be handled per applicable data protection laws. We reverse the right to share personal data with affiliates, agents, and service providers as required by law.
  26. If any provision of this Offer is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
  27. This Offer is facilitated by us, and all transactions relating to the exchange, valuation, and payout for the Old AC shall be solely between us to you. Voltas Limited is not responsible for any payments, refunds, reimbursements, or liabilities arising from the exchange of the Old AC. The payout for the Old AC is subject to our sole discretion, including quality checks and eligibility criteria mentioned herein. In the event of a failed quality check or non-payment by us, Voltas limited shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
